I was posted in Raipur within 3 months last April 2020 lockdown started company asked me to resign also kapil udaiwal hr head did not bother to listen. Said take 7 days notice and leave else said u will b TERMINATED as per company norms. So any one joining this company specially in Raipur pls don't join this organisation . Earlier 3bm has also fired by them. They promise something while hire also pay good but once you start they don't give manpower not even sales manager. Dam this company has no idea to run variable agency..only depend on the banca. Don't know how they got best work place tag in India. Working with idbi ageas federal is highly terrible ,please avoid joining idbi ageas federal as they have a bad system of giving PIP just after finishing of 1st month of joining , in pip they calculate whole financial year task and ask to complete those task such as NLA and business in given one month time of PIP only or fail to fullfill the asked PIP conditions the company will terminate the employee....Read More

This company runs by few goons and corporate terrorists they higher people if your reporting manager changes they fire the employee during covid 19 my manager forced me to resign within 3 months of joining. Old employees are selling insurance policies against loans, they run worst culture in the company if you complain they threat you to terminate.
