They don't have mindset to grow. They want people to work for 10-12 hours and dont pay them on time. Increment never happened on time. They block the increment for 4-5 months. NO Leadership. COMPLETE BOSS environment. Do it my way for there is a door. Even senior people cannot speak in front on boss. best place to see the favoritism.

1. Work Balance is not well. 2.salary increment is very bad . 3.salary not pay in time very delayed like 15 th 4.Boss is not good as a leader ship need to take training 5. Project manager is like a गधा.

I like teammates and seniors, there is no politics and all members are treating to each other as a family. Good guidance and support from team as well. Good culture / environmemt in company. Like its core values.

Growth is decent, but compensation is slow. Work pressure is high.

No respect. No Increment. Worked for 2 years and every year I got the dates only for increment. No work life balance. Owner from USA can call you anytime and scold you in front of complete office. TIMESHEET..... They wil ask you updates day in day out but still you need to fill the timesheet

Nothing Just all illiterate persons are working here even their so called directors. Don't fall under fake review scam.. all the positive reviews are fake and forcefully added by team members.

Politics If u entertain directors you will stay there once you will stop doing this that day will be your last. Apart from work everything happens there flirting, gossiping, making fun of others. Plz don't spoil your career by joining this company. You will feel like nothing there. No learning.
