Teachers are not consider teachers they are treated as "बंधुआ मजदूर" Apply 15 days ahead if u want to take leave. In emergency leave would not be consider. If u tke leave 2 days salary will be deducted. Cameras are imstalled still u have to click.pictures of room n send in to groups. If dnt do so give explanation in written next day. If u reach 1 minute late 1 hour stayback you will have to do. Whole year they say all rounder have value at the time of incriment all rounder doesnt have value. There is nothing like school for teachers... They treat staff as corperate office staff. . They will assign u work u dnt have knowledge if u are unable to do so they will add in your pending work... If u dont do that will affect your incriment... Incrimemt is for chaaplus.... They will ask u to sign a c9ntract ... There is no problem. But before expiring that contraxt in december they will ask u to sign another c9ntract of next year.... U will not get copy for that contract.. u can't write date on that.... Principal has no authority... U ask anything... She will have only one answer(reply) will talk to management.. we can say she has no power.... Every saturday there is event. And u will।have to do work for that also..for that u will not get any relief..u will have to finish both... And morever wiol have to fill work performa every saturday..if u forget half day salary will be deducted... वैसे बहुत अच्छा है स्कूल 😊😊
