Good brand name, highly ethical leadership team and genuinely care about customers. Even if a deal does not go through, the management never puts pressure on the employees. The good reputation of the company is also apparent, and we get a lot of inbound leads, we don't have to go lead hunting door to door.

Dislikes

Interaction between different verticals can be improved. The introduction of technology is a great start, however adaptation by the team is taking more time than expected.

I love the support I get from my seniors and peers. Agarwal Estates has always recognised everybody's work, progress and growth and gives more and more opportunities to excel.

Dislikes

I feel that incentives could be better and more focus could be given on work life balance and perhaps, more paid leaves.
