Good brand name, highly ethical leadership team and genuinely care about customers. Even if a deal does not go through, the management never puts pressure on the employees. The good reputation of the company is also apparent, and we get a lot of inbound leads, we don't have to go lead hunting door to door.

Dislikes

Interaction between different verticals can be improved. The introduction of technology is a great start, however adaptation by the team is taking more time than expected.

Work Details

I am overlooking the functioning of the sales, home loan and rental department. I make sure that things are operating smoothly, and directly interact with the customer only in cases of escalation. I am responsible to generate revenue for the organization.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
