HOD culture-HOD play game with team member to secure his job. All policies are meant only for junior employees. HR Department is not strong due to which job satisfaction among employees is zero and feels separated and insure.

Dislikes

company not trust on there employees. Increment only done to the employees who is very near to the MD and COO of the company. Job security is not there. Also after leaving the job, company hold the settlement with any reason they want.

M/a. Agarwal Coal Corporation Pvt Ltd has travelled a long way to reach at this position. Almost 60% of the employees are associated for more than 20 years which proves that the job security and the satisfaction level prevails in this company. The New generation management is being looked by Shri Tapan Agarwal who is more dynamic in his future plans and brought this company at a different level. It is one of those trading firm which runs in ERP like SAP. Almost all the sectors and companies were hit by the pandemic but this organisation gave that comfort zone to all the employees and non of them were asked to leave or resign. The Founder of this company Shri Vinod Agarwal is a well known socialist of Indore and he has immense respect for the humans and their needs. He keeps on helping the society as per the need. I wish all the very best to such an organisation.

Since it’s a trading firm and every employee has a target to prove themselves, the team work doesn’t seem to prevail.
