company not trust on there employees. Increment only done to the employees who is very near to the MD and COO of the company. Job security is not there. Also after leaving the job, company hold the settlement with any reason they want.

It is one of those trading firm which runs in ERP like SAP. Since it’s a trading firm and every employee has a target to prove themselves, the team work doesn’t seem to prevail.
