No sense of organised work. No sense of employees personal life and well being. Expects employee to work 24×7. Expecting work on weekends and overtime on daily basis is considered regular here. Seniors want to hold complete monopoly of knowledge of the product and infrastructure. They don't want to share thebknowledge nor want to train the team. Infact, when asked they would say if we well tell you that that what will happen to our job security and management is fine with it.

You will be learning a lot about your own field in depth knowledge and you will also be able to explore your zone and other zones too.

It has alternate saturdays as off whereas it should be every saturday should be off.

Agami tech is developing projects in all new technologies. So its good for learning new things.

Dislikes

Company has micro management so it irritate for working people to do their work. Appraisals are not good I worked with this company and I got decrement instead of increment. By working with agamitech work and personal life do not get managed as official company timing is 9 - 6 but management do not leave you on 6 amd you have to do overtime on daily basis up to 7 - 7.30. so on paper company timing is 9 hours but officially its 10 - 10.30 hours.

Only single person is running this company as a proprietor concern. No professional ethics are followed. Only single decision maker in all departments.

Dislikes

No independent HR department. And no job security, also people in various departments are used and removed. Lack of vision.
