Career growth is extremely low, despite of having all the facilities medical , training etc you dont feel accomplish this is because you are not getting any oportunity for promotion , instead of giving hazard allowance our salaries has been deducted 10 % . Besides, Work politics is increasing day by day which lead to favourism, unfair work climate , conflict development , lack of recognition and appreciation , unfair anual appraisal and so on. The new joinees are trained in psychomotor skills but there isn't any soft skill training such as comunication with patient , how to give and recieve constructive feedback, work ethics and professionalism and all. Consequently, the patient satisfaction and work climate both get effected. I am a bit disappointed with my job and searching for new oportunities. But yes this is the great place to learn and for those who just need basic facilities and safe premices to work at.

The work climate is becoming partial day by day and has less merit you can grow professionally and get new opportunities only if you have PR and references. No merit at all.
