Skill development training program is supposed to be a good part of this organization.

A huge difference between CTC and Net In-hand salary so be alert and aware while accepting the job offer from AKRSP(I). Responsibility is more and salary is not competitive at all. You can not see a better growth in position and salary here. You must have a multitasking skill to survive here as everything has to be done by you whether any work related to the program or finance or anything else. You must have good skills in documentation as this one is the hardest part of your job role.

Good work environment and culture. And supportive and the management is transparent . All staff is helf in the work and my interest work Microfianance account

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue's . Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Only politics, caste.no rational decision just buttering.ready for buttering and take everything on your shoulder if program fails.they throw you without any reason just they say aapka contract nhi badha head office se.

I was working in AKRSPI at location Bamnala, Khargon MP. This is wonderful working experience in an NGO. There is good atmosphere to work with your own innovative ideas and approach. Your senior just appreciate your ideas and also help if needed to you. I like it's theme on which this organization work. It promote women empowerment and gives there maximum to minimize gap between people who lives in urban areas and also try to teach them not just provided the material to use.

Dislikes

I am able to say so much dislikes because I don't think that. Its good👍. But if you don't like to much documentation, then it's not for you. Because it have core values and work on transparency. There is need of paper documents with proper manner like with signed, stamps and so on. I think it some time good but some time it's boring too.
