The Organization has a rich work culture that support it's employees in all respect. The senior Management people are sensible and provide ample opportunities to grow within the organization. Employees can maintain good work-life balance if they intend. Training and development opportunities are just awesome

Compensation offered should be bit higher considering present cost of living and inflation rate

The work culture and the support they provide to understand the processes and policies. The in-service PD sessions are so wonderful and are curated for the proper enhancement of the skills set of its employees.
