Employees can maintain good work-life balance if they intend. Training and development opportunities are just awesome

Compensation offered should be bit higher considering present cost of living and inflation rate

good environment and excellent career growth but without incentives ie. increase in salary and retirement policies.

No hieracy, head of the office had no powers to make recommendations for salary rise or promotions.

The work culture and the support they provide to understand the processes and policies. The in-service PD sessions are so wonderful and are curated for the proper enhancement of the skills set of its employees.

The AKES is like work to be done with ownership, a person have to learn good communication skills to work with ownership.
