Likes

Third party payroll job. Good for freshers. Only calibration performed. Cant work here for more than 1year. The hr team and the senior manager team are the worst.

Dislikes

At the time of interview they tell you that they'll provide so and so facilities but it is not so. They call to work even on sundays. Comp off is not provided. No value is given to person who has good knowledge about instruments. The people here are racist. Team managed is not good. Even the work environment is not upto the mark. You cant concentrate on work because of terrible senior manager and team mates. The senior person who you report to is double standard.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
