Culture: AG has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. There are no differencs between senior and junior even 12th class pass showing more knowledge from you Gandi politics by DGM (Madam mumbai ) supported only his localities even they don't have more knowledge apart from it she is supporting but if you will be other state except from MH (best clients given to her 12th class staff for making more sales & CEO not good he is blind he is not capable to see right person (staff ) for his company Note company is good Thank you
