There is nothing you can like in AG Haridwar plant,

Dislikes

Food is of poor quality, no shift schedule, no manpower management, drinking water is not drinkable, salary structure is not good, leave policy is poor, no work life balance, even no educated people, most of the staff is non technical even for engineering positions. HR don't listen to your problems.

I appreciate the opportunity u gave me during my tenure at AG industry .All Ag member's are very good for work together as a teammates and too take a responsible for our job . Overall to see that Ag group are very good in cultura, training, job security, travel and also politics .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
