Lots to say.. Nothing to learn here.Its just a job wherein u have speak to customers/dealers. Company is filled with diploma degree holders and fake engineering degree holders. Employees here were working as TPI in established companies like MGL/ Gujratgas.who don't know to even know english. They all have engineering certificates but don't know English language.How does that work? Mangagement is trying its best and has good ambitions.

Heads are over 50+ older , they are only particular about to say how great they are and don't have idea how youngster work and they don't tolerate when you work without their guidelines.

Apart from a good salary and salary provided at the time, nothing else is there in AG&P that can be liked.

Job security is completely absent; the COO and MD continue to threaten employees with resignation in meetings, and everyone eventually works to save their job.The proper framework for work is lacking, and HO is only there to bully you for every task without providing any real assistance. The GA level HR & Admin team is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. The majority of employees are reluctant to take responsibility for their work because they risk losing their jobs if they make a mistake.

1. Chill work culture. 2. Hotel Accommodation for 15 days 3. Timely salary 4. Not much workload (in some departments) 5. Free Snacks available

Dislikes

1. No set process for execution of work. 2. No workload hence no scope of learning and growth. 3. Company still relies on print paper whereas industry has now moved to paperless work. 4. No clear delegation of work responsibilities to each individual. 5. Sitting arrangement not defined till now.

Being in Sales and Marketing,Target is biggest Thing, Sometimes we Can't Achieve and Sometime We Will Achieve, Management Need to Take Decision based on The GA's except that Everything is Awesome 😎👍😎
