Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Feb,march,april,may month salary is still pending,and also they are not providing food and money during this lockdown,and when we says to m.d when you gave my salary,they said tomorrow,next week,before 31st june,bt they didn't pay any salary to me,and still we go to work same company 21st may to till date,bt company didn't pay to me any money.please help me.
