What I dislike about African foundries is... Very poor salaries and they don't really appreciate workers most workers there are under contractor no management staff and the company is best company in west Nigeria

...ment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policyes is good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decey but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Company's only minus point is that company not given any appraisal after excellent work by employee

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
