Afras company is good for technical background people they give you average salary and accommodation but it all depends on which project you are working with them. One thing that is important is in saudi arabia there are very low salary for non technical people like cleaner, they give you very low salary on these types of work and it's for all companies in saudi arabia not only for afras company so be careful before go there.

Some time salary come very late and there are also mangement issues.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. {Not like that Just opposite experience}

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job secure I got experience I growth my skilled salary I am not satisfied travel every 3 years vacation there some people do the politics I learned so much environment is good work life is ok but this company not in future.

Yes, because all of accomodation is free, giving uniform working time, food allowance free lunch

Salary is coming Delayed, not same, not given overtime, manager are not cooperative, made my feeling broken.
