Firstly, as being an engineering graduate passed out in 2018 I joined in aforv as an intern in Java development.Good environment and excellent training skills by technical people made me a finest developer. I have trained in Jspiders later on I have joined as a Java intern here. They enhanced my skills in practical approach, so I have gained confidence to crack any interview.. AFORV created me a great to prove myself in ace..

Dislikes

There are some delay in some Hr things as it was a start-up.. Some times they will pay salary on 15th of month. Then it was some what difficult.

Nothing is there to like this company. I would suggest not to join this comany and then need to the hefty amount.

Totally Fraud, they will take a bond and let you to sign compulsory and after few montsh ty will stop paying you the stypend which in retun you will say that you are leaving the company and then start threating you asking the bond money 2 lakhs or else they will say you to absond in which we wasted our six months in this company and because of them I am unemployed and my life is ruined. I was selected in this company in the year of 2023, we were working in a team of 10 members, but there were many people working in this company but slowly removed one by one. Everything was looking good for me at starting but slowly they didnt paid me any stypend after that they siddenly started removing my access from all the compnay credentails and asking to leave indirectly. They will take you as fresher and send to client as 3 or 4 years experience guy. I really upset as I am unable to go court because i dont have any money to pay anyone, i spent 6.3k for my 6 months expenses to go to office but they didnt paid me any stypen and no certificates.

Good work environment and Flexible work culture, joined in 2023 May and got placed in client location. They provided all the facilities when I was travelling to client place for meetings all the time. Good HRMS and responsive people.

Dislikes

Paying salary on max 10 of every month, but sometimes it was delaying up to 12 to 14. Despite of that nothing dislikes.

... like is there in this company. The company is totally fake and fraud and fake.1st they will take interview and after that that i told that u are not 100% skilled for that u have to do some training for this training 1st month no payment and next 2 month they will pay 7k after that they will send me for project. But the training is like LOL. 2nd month 11th the y pay 7k. After that 2nd month 3rd month no stipend no project they are plaining to put 3+ years experience on me and send me on client side. But no client was there they are making us fool and they will also pay nothing if u ask about payment HR manager no one no nothing. and they are telling to accecpt one more bond mail. totally fraud company.

Fraud company. no salary and fund is there in the company. if u join u can understand nothing is there manager is vanish for month. they will not give u project actually this company has no client no project

All good about the working with the people here.. supportive HR manager. She will withstand with any situation and deals without loosing coolness.. Appreciated HR team for the responses for every minure things.
