It is good only for freshers

...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Salary not credit on time. There is no work life balance in this company, don't join any one to this company they don't credit salary on time and no buddy from HR will respons your calls and messages.

Dislikes

They don't facilat with leaves, if you take 2 leave in a month they deduct your salary even there are still you have balance leave.

...was the worst company I have ever worked. Everything was horrible, for example; Salary not on time, deduction without any information/notice (if you ask reason there is no reply), no bonus, no medical facility was given, incorrect experience letter, they hold Jan-22 salary for 11 months and after hundreds of follow-up they provided pending amount with 66% deduction. After resignation, I received sattlement amount after 4 months. Very poor management and they never interact with employees.
