It is good only for freshers

Dislikes

...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

Like to be senior like heads they not from afore but looking afore working in aforeserver after that they go on project first pay role they not now aforeserver part but mange aforeserver woh too good

Dislikes

Over all I got bonus on name of me and my all culture only 500 to good and salary mean half day mean full day too much salary deducted

Salary not credit on time. There is no work life balance in this company, don't join any one to this company they don't credit salary on time and no buddy from HR will respons your calls and messages.

Dislikes

They don't facilat with leaves, if you take 2 leave in a month they deduct your salary even there are still you have balance leave.

I dont like work with aforeserve ,cause staff is not good & salary cycle is 7th of every month but last month salary still not credited , pls dont join AFORESERVE company.

I like to say pls dont join AFORESERVE company, salary not giving in time & staff also not good, no one responding properly.
