One of the worst company to work with. No salary hike, No job security, No mediclaim, Experience with HR team was horrible. She was not professional, zero coordination with staff. They don't even care about engineers, all they do is priotize what Client demands.

...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.

...someone thinks and sets his life in the company then he will make a big mistake. Because the salary here is so low that the whole life will sink in EMI, very poor😩😣
