Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Fraud company...they didn't give any payout...even they charge 10k from me as a joining fee by present a mind blowing orientation of earning at least 5k per week...they show many fake receipt at the time of orientation and force you to submit fee until u don't..once you visit there...u can't return from their without pay..... Pls don't trap in those scamming people
