The salary comes on time, every month. The projects of afita construction are good to learn many things...

Dislikes

The time of job is 7:30 am to 9 pm... And it will only increase... But no freedom for self - development.... No senior will help you to learn anything.... Only they talk is about work . Engineer's here handle / focus more on labour than the quality of work.... Progress is the ultimate gole, not the quality

Nothing job security, work culture is very poor, Management is like very bad politics, Company policy may have been in the head office but there is nothing on the Site .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics badly and the management doesn't address our issue, the holiday money which brokers the manager will not be deducted. Cut the rest.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
