Extreme working pressure, mental trauma, extreme bad words in meeting, no manner gow to talk, Micro management by Mr. Nikhil Kumar, chief growth officer, in mediasmart (an affle company) He is a night mare and terrific person, he is egoistic and no mercy if your family have any tragedy but no one can complain against him because he has power in company and everyone like his own job.. Don't join the mediasmart if you love your life carriereand family...

Nothing to like about work in this company.

Every thing. Work culture is toxic. Micro management is done. SDET Manager track each and every thing, constantly track laptop working hrs, and also give his work to other employees who is work under his teammates. Always cry to allow leaves for his employees.

Inspite of being a publicly listed organization, the company doesn't have a HR head. The policy changes every quarter and no one know about the changes. It has a ridiculous appraisal policy and no one bothers about it and then there is a non-existent learning policy.

Likes

1. No work life balance 2. You have to work on multiple projects and tasks means minimum 6 project's handover to you as a QA or tester and only 1 tester is responsible for all this projects. Still they want output from you like tester is robot or something else. 3. No appraisal 4. Micro manager plays a very dirty politics with you. 5. They can fire you at any moment. 6. No KT is provided, you have to work from your starting day.

You have to work on Saturday and Sunday unofficially to fulfill your managers expectations otherwise you will be fire.

Until and unless you do not want to grow and you just want to settle down, this could be the perfect place.

Dislikes

Your work is never acknowledged and appreciated. An employee leaves the company not just because of money, culture, work etc but also the manager's poor supervision as well. No support and biased behaviour of the manager leads to the exit of a good employee. Work should be valued till the time the employee is in the company.
