Awesome work environment. Its never a job more a passion that gives you an income. Job security is great even with disasters there's always a contingency plan to ensure we can work from home. The level of training and skills programme is empowering growth and individual up scaling. Management staff are always friendly and willing to help. They are always approachable and has time for staff members. The culture held is amazing, from celebrating national occasions at the company, to wishing each staff member for their birthday or having a party during work time, the atmosphere is pleasurable. Affinity Solutions is a subsidiary of Affinity Group and we are expanding like crazy because they take care of their staff and we take care of our company.

There isn't anything I dislike. It's scary how they got it right. It's not always you find a company that hits it on the head.
