People who are working from 2-3 years or more years in the organization they will not give them hike and promotion to these people who worked for them day and night, instead they will hire a new people and will give them position and salary hike. This organization will give CTC and in hand salary with wise difference means with very less in hand salary. Not at all Employee cent-rick. Not good for freshers also because they will give you lot of work with very less money.

Dislikes

No pay, no increment, no holidays just weekends no national or festive holidays. Leaders are worst lot of politics. Nothing to learn here. Please never come here.

In this pandemic situation company allows employee to work from home. Provides laptop to employee.

No growth, no hike. Some times you need to extend your working hours. Also politics in company. Best for freshers to get experience.

I liked the amenities, work culture, salary and incentives that's it

Dislikes

Work environment is like hell. You have to work for 12hrs to 14hrs whenever needed without overtime pay.. They can change your shift anytime they want and can call you at 12am in the morning to the office....If you have your paid leave or casual leave, You don't get leaves you have to beg.

... aims at getting the work done in free, spoiling people's career, time and life. Also, the salary structure is prepared in such a way that you will keep thinking what sin have you done that you are getting so many deductions and almost nill salary. They come up with always such new policies that the can get work done without paying employees. The HR, they are hired to add agony to your whole Affinity Express experience.
