...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

afcons company is the best construction company in my work experience because company culture is good for every employee. and company have good technology, planning , high skilled engineers for every work.

only employee's salary growth is slow.

Timely salary and increment

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, 12 hours strict timings and no week off or holidays, old employees has settled in company and new employees will not get company benefits compared to old one. Increments doesn't matter of your knowledge and hard work.

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .
