...agement is Transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcana for Chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good Salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

company doesn't give any good facility at foreign sites to much work and restrictions doesn't give enough salary to local monthly staff to much dicrimination

In Afcons infrastructures Ltd . Timely manner salary, salary increment, all are there.

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .

1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

...rsonal Life. 2.Perks are low. 3.Promotions will get only for repeated people. 4.Salary will not come in time. 5.Food arrangements in foreign sites are horrible.
