1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

All as usual, But if you are posted at site, You will get HRA Extra.

...rsonal Life. 2.Perks are low. 3.Promotions will get only for repeated people. 4.Salary will not come in time. 5.Food arrangements in foreign sites are horrible.

No timely salary Uper execution authority have not proper planing for work only mentally tarcher to site engineers All uper and supervisor and contractor are relatives uper authority No support to site engineer and responsibility have more All uper staff want delay to protect And only have casteism in jaunpur project all staff and contractor are only thakur and pandit

Opportunity to work abroad is the only thing that I like.

...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

1. Site accommodation very good. 2. Job Security. 3. Salary on 7th or after 7th. 4. Feel like Govt job in mean of Work load.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance zero (above 72hr in a week) 2. Zero self development for QS Engg. 3. Seniors only sit on chair and take juniors credit. 4. Higher management have no QS team to provide increment.
