...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .

1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.
