...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.

Career Dilemma: Stay or Move On
I am currently working in a top MNC company, and my working hours are 12 hours a day (8 AM to 8 PM), with 6 working days a week (sometimes alternate Sundays as well). My current CTC is 4.2 LPA, but my in-hand monthly salary is not good as almost 10k is deducted from the gross CTC every month. Is this a good opportunity for a trainee, or should I start preparing for competitive exams or look for another private company? Please guide me
