...crement, promotion. 12 hrs work in a day is normal at site level for all 7 days.We haven't get holidays or extra pay for Sunday duty. Management doesn't addresses Junior level staffs issues.Most of the seniors always denies to give Holidays.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salari is decent but career growth is slow

Working hours is 12 ,like every construction company in India. Toxic Environment,Poor Management Salary is very less for Lower Grade Employees Sometimes Sunday you have to go for duty.
