The company follows an open door policy. The management is easily accessible and listens to your concern and issues well. Secured environment to work at. Compensations are good an on time. Work-Life Balance depends upon the process one is working with, for e.g Service is a 24*7 job, Sales is hectic too, rest other processes are very balanced since its a 5 Day Week.

Dislikes

Just don't let the ball in your court and you will be fine. Moderate Politics in working environment, which is everywhere. So, no concerns just do your job good.

Salary, insentives, allowances are not up to the level as a MNC. No planning technical skill development. No balance in personal and professional life due to lake of planning. Management doesn't have proper planning for service engineer skill development
