I LIKE THE LIBERTY WHICH COMPANY GIVES US TO TAKE DECISIONS AND TAKE PROJECT IN OUR HANDS TO CLOSE, I APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT I RECIVE IN TOUGH TIMES FROM THE MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT FOR A PROJECT. LOT OF SCOPE TO SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ALSO I SEE A GOOD FUTURE IN THE COMPANY.

Dislikes

I BELIEVE THERE SOME SCOPE WHERE WE CAN IMPROVE TREATING ALL THE EMPLOYEES EQUALLY, REGARDLESS OF DESIGNATION. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF WORK DONE CAN APPRECIATED REGARDLESS OF DESIGNATION AS WE ALL ARE HERE TOGETHER TO THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMPANY AND NO ONE WORKS EXTRA WORKS JUST FOR PERSONAL BENIFITS. REGARDING LEAVE POLICY IT NEEDS MORE CLARITY, AS EARNAL LEAVES , THERE ARE LOT OF RESTRICTIONS TO GET THEM APPROVED

Good company culture with happy atmosphere, Good learning opportunities, As an interior designer i got a great exposure in terms of materials, client handling, quotation preparation.

Dislikes

01. Work pressure is really high which leads to hamper productivity. 02. Incentives, As a designer if work of scope is getting increased after designing, which increased the project value, then designer should be rewarded.

Likes

Personally I do enjoy the 2 day week off. This has helped me with my work like balance. There are definitely other benefits such appraisals and upgrading in our work life giving us a potential to learn and increase our skill sets

Dislikes

There should be more programs for interns, such as where they can participate in different departments and understand the process and work flow better during their time in internship
