Likes

Job security is secure than any jobs, no work culture, disaster management, company policies are terrible.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No job training for new joiners, too much politics, no appointment letter is given to employees, no single facilities available, even if we want to leave the company too much politics will be done by the directors, troubles on providing experience & relieving letter in fact will not give.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
