The top management in this company is good by nature also co-operative. But the job is not secured in this company. This company has almost nothing paid leave. Copany have experienced as well young staff & employee but they are looking for the self growth only. They don't have leadership quality.

This company assign the work which is not related to you. Middle level management is so rude and play politics. They don't want to see anyone to go ahead. Not supporting the other persons.

Management Specially HR is worst. My time dealing with HR Department has been very disappointing. Instead of Being Helpful and supportive resource. I genuinely hope that the company recognize these issue and take action to improve the HR Process and policies. Very Long Working Hours
