...been using for billing and to put the attendance of all the members in the shop.fixed salary+sales incentive is the statergy that the company have been following.other than Saturday and sunday both manager and sales executive can take weekly off as per their flexibility.as per shop norms every month there is one leave opted for staffes and managers for with out cutting their salary.other than that woodland also provide pension and Pf for every staffs.shop probably work 10am to 9.30pm so there is shift for the staffs.11000+ inecentive is the salery scheme in woodland.

I know salary is less in sales job but like to get little more i except from woodland.

It is very good learning platform, you can get knowledge regarding cash management, billing details, handling customer, sales pitch, and stock management.

Dislikes

Timings is very bad, there is no appraisal, there is no in time salary, one month you will get your salary on 10th and next month you will get on 25th. Mainly they won't give you incentive for your achievements, they will say next month you will get....

Management and work culture is not below average,no transparency regarding any aspects,system is just hold by some chairs only,salary is ok,no bonus
