Untill the PE owned client firms are ready to pay salary, everything will go smooth.

Job security. Unethical trade practices. Poor leadership. Many employees are with fake experiences adding work pressure on employees with genuine experience. 20+ years experienced candidates will be manager but a 2 years experienced candidate also will be manager because of their relationship with leaders and founders. They project to new hires as Nasdaq listed firm but none of the company shares are available to public. They have some incompetent leaders with age old thought process which isn't adding any value to new age workforce. Founders will exploit practices to ensure they save money and employees will have to pay prices for it. There's no point in sharing it to clients because PE owned firms and Aeries jointly exploit employees.

Company is only good when the management is good

...so fake promises about the appraisal and promotion are often given to employees. Salary are manipulated according to the company benefits. Very hard to reach the HR to get the official documents after getting layed off. In total there are better companies out there with better work life balance

...t management - Learning scope is less (no udemy or linkeldin learning access ) - Salary gets credited on 1st day of the month

Salary is very good, on time. Employee benefits are very good Flexible work timing Provides lunch, snacks and dinner Reimbursing lots of expenses Providing hybrid allowance Appraisals are happening on time regularly for every one. Good work culture.

Transportation is not available Very slow growth rate in giving promotion

No job security. You can't switch to any other project if you want to switch. Layoff will happen and company simply will tell you to resign after project finishes
