There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary on time without any deduction In my job role work load is low i have no problem

They don't provide bike/ laptop conveyance for field employee No increment No promotion ❌ for field employee

Worst Experience, Never getting salary on time. Also giving me less salary than mentioned in offer letter. No response from HR end.

No stability , Not recommended to join anyone If stable in your exiting job, Do not change for some of minor financial gain, You will be in position of again for searching a job after 06 month,Doesn't matter however hardworking or experienced you are, This is rotation culture of this company , So again ,If you are stable , Pls do not join this company ,Else after 6-8 month you will be major trouble.

Every thing is worst in this company. For ex. Worst working environment, Top level management fighting each other, Zero benefits for Employees, Salary not given on time (In every month), Even most of the employees paying work expenses from own pockets, etc. Its a long list.
