Only bad nothing I liked in this company.

They will not pay for one week work,if we asked they will tell it will be credited in your next month salary,that next month will won't come and our salary will not credited.managment is worst no response nothing.if we tag higher person also they don't care,I think they distribute themselves of our salary.

Every thing is worst in this company. For ex. Worst working environment, Top level management fighting each other, Zero benefits for Employees, Salary not given on time (In every month), Even most of the employees paying work expenses from own pockets, etc. Its a long list.

Company provide work from home facilities as well as provide extra allowance for senetizer and extra sefty kit

Nothing everything is ok only 1 point . Company not provide any anything on fastival time like any bonus any gift etc.

HR team is very good and give quick response. Working culture is very good. Salary and other expenses provide on time . Management is very supportive every time. that's enough in Telecome sector.

No job security, No carrier growth, working tools are very poor quality

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a teamthat markets reliable. high quality products and has a national client base. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. some times, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times.
