The company wants to be a big corporate but lacks at many levels because they lack skilled people and there is lot of partiality and discrimination even at higher levels

I'm currently working with Aeren for their immigration process, and I must say, I feel truly grateful that I got the opportunity to work with such great people. I love my work, and the team and the HR is very supportive.

They provide job security, will never want to remove any employeeon their own.

They can harrasss anyone any time in front of all the employeees without examining the matter. there are 3 leads and 8-9 people who has created special bond by sharing their foood helping leads in their household things by teaching one of the lead driving but some of those were nothing if we talk about work they were hired for. (bad politics.. ) they dont think who is better for company they think who can be beneficial to them personallyy.
