Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

... is very bad , they behave by seeing your face. They always judge you by look. They can hold your salary and service charge any time. Date is not fixed for salary. Some time you have to wait for 3 month for salary.

Dislikes

Salary not on time. Some time they give salary half then other month half. They can fire you any time without any reason.
