For fresher it's a good company buy as you grow there is not much growth.

they hire fresh graduate on contact and give them very less pay scale. Job was in rotation shift, that's why no work life balance.Local dominance and work culture is poor, in COVID they fired so many employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they gives good Salary.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Good training Salary in this company is on time and mangment is good and team work are good

Salary increase and promotion etc. can be done a lot here by taking parcelity and money and Trust transfer and respect is only for workers but this manager doesn't apply these rules to the people because they say insults in their face, what kind of culture is this?

...my home town. Teammates are experienced and helpfull. Company policies are good. No issues about the salary, get paid by every last day of the month.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is a bond of 1 year which you cannot resign. Company policies keep on changing for the trainees and no growth in salary as well, no bonus for trainees.

...milies, Being in Medical cadre, you are always expected to be available 24X7, Too many deductions in salary and what you get finally in hand is peanuts. List is exhaustive..!! I don't recommend this place for any doctors (especially with the existing Senior most doctor).
