...nt but last year due to cost cutting, our manager didn't approve a single leave. I didn't even get my compensation for that. You have to park your vehicles in soaring heat. Once, they stole my helmet. When I reported it to the management or security officers, they didn't even bother to investigate. HR says he's too busy to watch the CCTV footage. Harassment is done in the name of work.

Salary is good, please but don't look out that, it may be your same salary for next 2-3 years.

Dislikes

It is a horrible experience for me, company culture in not at all good, no value for people who work, no respect. Any time you may get fired even within 1 month of joining and I have seen this. Think 1000 times before joining this co even if you get compensation as per your requirement because after that you feel salary nothing against your respect.

As I am working here last 5 years & I have seen Good environment, supporting staff, which is always supportive for Skill upgradation, learning, motivating to build our career. So, a very good scope is there in future.

As our company located near a village, the labours need to develop skills & good discipline

Thire can run the machines 10th failed workers Thier is no need of graduate and diploma candidate and they treat all of same like 10th candidate I don't like this 🤬

Excellent set of people, Hard working & committed. Potential business growth is phenomenal if executed in time with focus on quality. Fair HR policy in place.

Dislikes

Work & life balance is very poor. Lack of system & process. Respect for individual is lacking. Not professional working culture, more like a proprietary business . Lot of job insecurity.
