In my professional life of 12 years, I have found this company to be the best. I have learned a lot in 18 months here which I probably could have learned in 4 years in any big company. The working environment is very good and positive. Everyone from top management to seniors are open minded and supportive. There is zero politics, and you get paid according to how hard you work. If you have passion, there is a lot to learn here. This company is best to learn work and build future.

The growth and exposure at AeonX Digital is tremendous. I started working here a year ago and ever since my learning curve has been growing exponentially. The guidance recived by the managment is second to none. In the past one year, not a single day has felt monotenous because I have learnt something new every day. Since it is a start up, you get to wear multiple hats at once which gives you a great idea of different functionalities of a business. Overall it has been a great experience and in terms of career growth and exposure it is a great place to be. In terms of culture as well, it is a great work environemnt.

Dislikes

One thing that used to bother me at the begining was the fact that sometimes you would have to take out some time after work hours to get a few things done. Although, over the past one year I have come to realise that the management does not hesitate to give you big responsibilities despite of your experience and eventually once you learn from these experiences, you can manage to complete most of it during work hours.
