Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's brand Name.... Good HR policies... HR is ready to listen to you. We undergo LEAP programmes which help us in enhancing our capabilities in handling team and our communications in a much better way. I live the fact that Aegis gives us a platform for national job postings and international exposure too.

Dislikes

...ehave and knows no respect for subordinates which brings discomfort among teams. Team leaders are nothing less than punching bags vitimized and sadly salary gets wrongly deducted.
