Working here is a good learning as the product is awesome in the market but only when you learn to work on self.

Dislikes

... save yourself you have to get into it, because they have commitments bull shit. Salary never paid on time inspite of multiple employee request.. instead of working on employee benefits they are all busy playing politics. It's been more the days but I am not paid with my FNF settlement inspite of sending mails no reply at all.

Nothing. They have corporate office for Name sake. If you are looking to join this company then this is your sign, “DO NOT”. You will simply waste your time here in this company.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

All the things i want to dislike. They don’t have proper office. Metal sheets will make your body heat and you will very hot during the afternoon. The office is in some village area so struggle everyday. If you take leaves if you hurt the ego of the hr. He will make sure your everyday in that company be miserable.

Everyone are friendly if you stay away from inside politics. If you reach targets on time can take leaves if necessary. CEO is good.

Dislikes

Politics at peak which impacts directly to ones growth. If you are a fresher and mechanical engineer too, skills are tested by only production quickness irrespective of role you are assigned. Freshers are advised to clear things about their roles and boundary of their roles. Overtime duty is compulsory like almost everyday for hours(never expect extra payments for that if you are not under contract basis). You have to wait for days or weeks to get your documents like experience letter so be aware specially mechanical engineers as there is a person kind of selfish who hates other employees growth. Be calm with tea shop keeper. No hates on the company but facts are written here. It is what it is.
