Everything other than ontime salary is comes under dislikes, totally client oriented & non trustworthy company. Nobody's there to support you. Company Officials & Client Targets you in everything. I have worked in building construction, highways & bridges and oil & gas but never seen this type of unethical company. They fire you whenever they want. Worst place to work. I will give -ve stars if possible.

Nothing to more like except timely Pay cheque. in one word i will say that PMC Division of AECOM India is Disaster. if you don't have any other option out of 8 planet, 195 countries and 220 Million Companies then it will be great place for you.

...ur expectations and mental health that a) client are not happy with our works. b) Project financially not performing as per management expections and you guys are still getting your salary on time, high time to think.) In a nutshell if you don't have any other similar option in terms of salary and project type then only come and learn to work in unnecessary corporate pressure, don't come for the sake of big brand name of AECOM. Do a bit of R&D before joining about specific project by connecting more people from similar job profile on LinkedIn or through personal contacts. Best of luck

Each and every bit of it. terrible company with zero job security. If you want to learn how a cooperate company can spoil your career then this is the company for you . choose this company for the last option. you have to work 24x7 but you cant be able to mark attendance of that. working sundays , meeting starts 11 at night , sometimes leave for site at 4 in the morning , working more than a year now but still company cant be able to tell me who is my HR. its like I am stuck between company agent for any HR work.

Increment - 6 to 7 percent Promotion - no Job security - after project completion no transfer Except that good company to work

Salary Package Hybrid Work Life Exposure to some good international projects Exposure to some high end software. Paid reimbursement for international memberships.

Dislikes

There is no pipeline for projects. Sometimes you have to wait for projects resulting in charging on overheads.
